Returns and Exchanges

All our pieces are made to order as a result we have no return policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements or contact us to get your size customised  before you make a purchase order.

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

You are only eligible for an exchange, if you receive a damage or wrong product, in such a case we are happy to exchange your product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you would have to send us an email along with the pictures of the exchanging product at neeluandmanvi@gmail.com. Please note that product will need to be sent to the following address: D- 12 Ashok Vihar, Phase -1, Delhi -110052
If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you the exchange instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
